1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the heyvip platform and all its services. By visiting the heyvip website (heyvip.cam) or creating an account, you fully accept these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

3 Account Registration and Management

3.2 Account Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your account login details (username and password) confidential. Do not share this information with anyone. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify us immediately through live chat.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

4.1 Deposits

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus and the total balance will be ৳2,200; or depositing ৳34,000 will earn the maximum ৳20,000 bonus and the total balance will be ৳54,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses. For the welcome bonus, you must wager 10 times (10x) the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you can withdraw after completing ৳12,000 in wagers.

5.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
• A bonus offer can only be claimed once per person, per household, per IP address, or per device.
• If bonus fraud is found, heyvip reserves the right to suspend the account and cancel the bonus.
• heyvip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

heyvip believes in fair play. All games on our platform are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely impartial and verifiable. Any attempt at cheating or system manipulation will result in immediate account closure.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the heyvip platform:

• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Colluding with other players to influence outcomes.
• Deliberately exploiting any technical error in the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.

6.3 Game Errors

Any transaction resulting from a technical error will be considered void. heyvip reserves the right to recover any winnings paid out unintentionally due to an error.

7 VIP Program

heyvip's VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.9%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on active participation and gaming activity. heyvip reserves the right to modify or cancel any terms of the VIP program. Cashback will be credited to the account at the end of each week.

8 Responsible Gaming
